EnviroMet guarantees its products against defects in workmanship or materials.  Any defective products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.  In this situation, EnviroMet will pay the shipping charges for the replacement products and return.  Please call customer service to report a defective product before returning to EnviroMet.

All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the purchaser must prepay the shipping.  Special order or custom items are non-returnable, unless there is a mistake by EnviroMet.
